SHIPPING
Delivery includes packaging and handling of the item. We use Australian Post Airmail (1-2 weeks delivery) or EMS (3-4 days delivery)
however, we reserve the right to use other shipping companies as needed. Customers can also arrange their own courier service, if you
would like to use your own shipping provider, at the time of your order or by email
please supply us with their name, their contact number in Sydney, your account number with them and any other relevant information.
Purchaser assumes any risk for the item once it leaves our place unless insured. The purchaser can buy insurance through us, which
is US$3 for first US$50 and US$1.50 for every US$50 thereof. Goods will be usually dispatched within two days.
RETURN POLICY
Returns have to be approved by Australian Collection© returns department and no later than 7 days of receipt of your shipment (including
gifts), you may return your order to Australian Collection©, for any reason, for replacement or a full Product refund (we'll also refund
the shipping cost if the return is a result of our error) in new condition with original packaging and accessories.
Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from Australian Collection©. Items that are returned more than
7 days after delivery, are in unsellable condition, or are missing parts will be charged a restocking fee at our discretion. We cannot
accept items returned after 30 days.
EXCHANGES OF DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Australian Collection© can exchange items only if they are defective or damaged. To exchange an item, please
email our retunrn Center.
REFUNDS
We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the
same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return. If your return is not
due to our error, we will deduct the shipping costs from your refund.
RETURNING A GIFT
If the item was a gift when purchased, you'll receive a gift certificate for the value of your return, which can be used at any
time toward your purchases at Australian Collection©. The gift certificate will be mailed to you at the same address to which the
order was shipped. (Don't worry, we won't let the gift giver know about your return.)
